What are the dates for the 2010 Texas Cobra Club Meet?
Thursday, March 25 through Sunday Morning March 28, 2010. We do have a block of room for Wednesday night the 24th if you just can’t wait.

What are the driving directions to the hotel?
From Austin: Take I-35 South to exit 201. Turn Left and Go under the overpass. The hotel is directly ahead on the Left.
From San Antonio: Take I-35 North to Exit 201. Hotel is on your right.
The hotel is next to the Prime Outlet and Tanger Outlet Malls.

How do I register?
Go to www.texascobrameet.com/2010. This will only register you and your car for the meet. See below for hotel room reservation info.
Is there a registration fee?
Yes, $65 online registration and $75 onsite registration. You can pay via PayPal from the website.
What is included in the registration fee?
The registration fee includes one (1) adult ticket to the Saturday Night Banquet, administrative costs, nightly security, name tags, printed materials, deposits, and a $5 per car donation to the Commemorative Air Force for the use of their facilities.
Will I be charged any additional fees at the meet?
You will be charged $40 for each additional adult and $12.95 per each child 13 years old and under attending the Saturday night banquet. The price includes the cost of the meal and banquet room rental. One adult ticket is included in the registration fee. Click here for the menu.
What if I do not want to eat at the Saturday Night Banquet?
One adult ticket is included the registration fee. If you do not attend the banquet you will forfeit that portion of your registration fee. The cash bar will remain open for the closing ceremonies and business meeting.
How many guests can I bring?
Your registration covers you, your car and your quests. Additional fees only apply if your guest attending the Saturday Night Banquet. See above.
Will there be overnight security?
Yes, it is covered in the registration fee.

Why do you want my CLUB COBRA handle?
Many of us use the Club Cobra as our only means of communication between TCC members. We will put your handle on your name tags.
How do I register if I am unable to do so online?
Please send call Ken Walker at 512-557-3694. This will only register you and your car for the meet. You will still need to contact the hotel for your room reservation.
How do I make a hotel reservation?
Call the San Marcos Embassy Suites at 512-392-6450. Online hotel registration will available soon.
We have a reduced group of $129.00 per (+tax) for the meet. We have rooms block for each night. All rooms will be first come, first served. Please reserve your room as soon as possible.
If you make your reservation by phone, be sure to mention Group Code CBR to get our reduced group rate of $129.00. The deadline to get the reduced room rate is March 15th.
Can I park my trailer at the hotel?
Refer to Gregg Herdlitchka’s post on ClubCobra.com forum regarding trailers.
Will parking spaces be reserved or assigned?
There will be assigned areas for cobras, trailers, tow vehicle, etc. Please follow the directions of our Austin Cobra Club Members who are working as Parking Coordinators.
Will I be able to park anywhere I want in those assigned areas?
Our goal is to follow a system that will allow us to be organized and to get as many cars and trailers as possible into the assigned areas. We have limited onsite parking and it will be first come-first served. Spacing space will not be allowed.
